Dear Parents and Carers,

Well, we are in the last legs of this year.  Thank you all very much to all the parents who have supported the various events that have taken place.

PARKING AND IRRESPONSIBLE PARKING

On Wednesday evening at 3.30p.m a traumatised child was brought into school because there had been a near miss situation outside school.

The registration number was

Careless driving risks lives!

When are parents going to be aware of the danger they are causing?

COLLECTNG CHILDREN EARLY

Over the last two weeks an unacceptable number of children have been collected from school early – this causes disruption.  Please try and make GP appointments etc outside of school hours as to find your children the office is then left unattended and people complain about unanswered phones and mistakes being made.

DANCE FOR LIFE

Congratulations to both groups for getting through to the finals a Wycombe Swan Theatre on Sunday.

And good luck to all the dancers in Dance Challenge on Saturday taking place at Cadagen Hall in London.

A massive thank you to all the staff who have given up two consecutive weekends!

LUNCH MONEY

An increasing number of children now owe lunch money.  To date £275 is outstanding.  If your child owes lunch money please settle your bill immediately, otherwise we may not be able to serve your child lunch.

LEAVERS

If your child is leaving Parlaunt Park and not returning in September (with the exception of Y6), please let the school office know as soon as possible, this will enable us to offer places to children on our ever increasing waiting list.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

At Parlaunt Park we offer a wide range of activities – most of which are at no cost to parents.  It would be such a shame if these had to stop due to the number of complaints from parents about unavoidable cancelations.  Staff goodwill will be withdrawn and no clubs will run next term if the level of appreciation does not change – staff are not paid to do these clubs.

There is an after school club on the premises if you need to collect your child after 3.30p.m. – the cost is £4.00 for the first hour and £8.00 for the whole session.
